all i ever do is watch life pass me by,
all i ever do crib and sigh,
sitting here with my head hung low,
just waiting for a chance to show.
to show to you how i have grown,
to show to you im more than flesh and bone.
but in life theres no such thing called chance,
theres no lady luck, no destiny's dance.
you have to make what you can, take what you want.
you have to break everything that daunts
your plans, your ambitions and your dreams,
and keep on working even though it seems,
youre drowning under a wave of despair,
and keep on moving without a care 
and not waste time to cry and mope,
you might just win if you float on hope.
